SAICHO
Darjeeling Sparkling Tea
TeaDescription
Often referred to as the "Champagne of teas," SAICHO's Darjeeling is grown in the foothills of the Himalayas at almost 2,000 metres above sea level. The tea leaves grow slowly in loamy soil and pure mountain air, developing a unique muscatel flavour redolent of muscat grapes. This particular tea is hand-picked in the summer when the muscatel flavour is at its most pronounced, then cold brewed to extract a refined, balanced, complex yet delicate flavour. Trusted by world-class venues including Nobu Hotel, The Fat Duck, and Mandarin Oriental.
