Darjeeling Sparkling Tea
Often referred to as the "Champagne of teas," SAICHO's Darjeeling is grown in the foothills of the Himalayas at almost 2,000 metres above sea level. The tea leaves grow slowly in loamy soil and pure mountain air, developing a unique muscatel flavour redolent of muscat grapes. This particular tea is hand-picked in the summer when the muscatel flavour is at its most pronounced, then cold brewed to extract a refined, balanced, complex yet delicate flavour. Jasmine Sparkling Tea
SAICHO Jasmine is made from Fuding Big White Leaf green tea, grown in the mountains of Fujian Province, China at approximately 500 metres altitude. The tea leaves are hand-harvested in early spring, then dried and stored until summer when the jasmine flowers bloom. The blossoms are picked at midday, laid on top of the tea leaves, and as they cool the flowers open, releasing their fragrant scent onto the highly absorbent leaves. This process is repeated over several nights until the aroma is perfectly balanced. The result is cold brewed to deliver a pronounced floral character with rose petal, creamy texture, and a refreshing spicy finish.

Hojicha Sparkling Tea
SAICHO Hojicha is grown at approximately 200 metres altitude in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan — the largest tea producing area in the country where more than 40% of Japan's tea is grown. This Hojicha is made by roasting second flush Sencha green tea, a process which changes the colour to a deep reddish brown and produces a toasty, nutty flavour. The technique was originally developed in the 1920s by a Kyoto tea merchant. Cold brewed to extract its rich, full-bodied character with a round texture and slightly bitter after taste. Perfect to match with roasted duck or mushroom purée.

LYSERØD is the driest expression from Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company — a smooth and round sparkling tea with intense aromas of red berries and apples, and light bitter fruity notes. Developed by award-winning Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba, it is crafted from 11 organic teas including Silver Needle, Oolong, and Hibiscus. The tea leaves are steeped in both hot and cold water over an extended period to extract the perfect flavour. With its beautiful light pink rosé appearance and fine carbonation, LYSERØD is ideal paired with light dishes, especially seafood and oysters. Serve chilled at 5°C from a flute.
